Membership Plans
Imagine if you will, entering a private paddock, parking or storing your high performance car or motorcycle in a garage or Condo/Garage that leads to your own private paved road course. Add to this the convenience to just show up on your schedule, put on your driving gear and head out to the track for a day or afternoon of pure driving fun with your friends. At the end of the day you gather at the Members Clubhouse for that all-important time to "bench race", socialize or network.
We are now offering Memberships that are discounted if you reserve yours prior to the start of construction. Each Membership level is limited in number to help ensure your unlimited track and facility availability.
We have established an account with Wells Fargo where your deposit will be held in escrow. Your deposit will be fully refundable until we commence construction of the road course and related facilities.

As a Member of Genoa Motorsports Country Club, your membership will remain confidential to the Club and will not be for public release. We value our Members and respect their request for privacy.
All membership information on our website is for informational purposes only and is not to be considered or construed as a solicitation or offering.
Public Membership levels available:
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL MEMBERS
- Daily unlimited track use on all days the club is open to members (see application)
- FIA/FIM Level 2 Standards
- Each circuit will be:
- Continual elevation changes throughout the challenging and exciting: 3.72-mile circuit, 2.7-mile circuit, and the full 5.86-mile circuit
- Carefully designed to run in both the clockwise and counter-clockwise directions. This provides Members with a track that offers 6 different variations without having to leave the property.
- Track personnel - Corner workers, Grid steward, Emergency professionals, Towing services
- Facility security
- Access to clubhouse facilities/services (when completed)
- Access to club Pro Driver and Pro Rider
- Helipad
- Club apparel and accessories package
- At Members request - website page listing for Members business
- Member representation on the Board of Managers
All Memberships will be limited in number to help ensure all Members ample track time and use of amenities.
Partner Members:
Price: $130,000. A 10% deposit holds your Membership. The refundable deposit is held in escrow at Wells Fargo until Phase I funding is complete.
This is a Class B Unit, which includes a lifetime membership with no annual dues or daily track fees.
Partner Memberships will not be sold after Phase I funding is complete, which essentially limits the number of these memberships available.
Partner Members will have voting representation on the Board of Managers.
Each Partner Member will have access to one acre of land at no cost on which their Condo/garage may be located. These parcels will be premium locations at trackside (not acres or miles away from the actual track) with no additional zoning requirements to build your condo/garage. This means our Partner Members will have the best access to the track for their driving and viewing pleasure.
Each Condo/garage site will include utilities to the site line at no cost to the Partner member.
Each Partner Member will also have first access to home sites at the On-Track Estates located on the ridge-line that overlooks the entire 2,700 acre Park site.
- Track Time
Partner Members and their family members will have unlimited track time on all days in which Genoa Motorsports Country Club is open to its members with no daily track fees and no annual dues.
- Family Members
The Partner Membership is a lifetime membership, which includes track access for all immediate family members (spouse and dependent children, regardless of age). There is no charge for guests to enter our facilities, although a guest must have a track access pass to access the track.
- Other Facilities
Partner Members will have access to a private, members-only, entrance to the Genoa Motorsports Country Club and will have access to a members-only paddock upon completion of Phase II.
- Guest Track Access Passes
Upon joining Genoa Motorsports Country Club, Partner Members will receive forty-six (46) daily guest driving passes and forty-six (46) daily guest driving passes each year thereafter for no additional charge. Each pass allows a guest access to one full day at the Genoa Motorsports Country Club track. Additional guest driving passes will be available at a discounted rate.
- Guest Track Access Privileges
All guests visiting with a guest driving pass will be allowed to drive during touring sessions. Touring sessions are controlled speed lapping. These sessions allow your guests to safely experience the track. Guests who have achieved a proficient driving status, as determined by the track manager, may hot lap. Members achieving a proficient driving status, as determined by the track manager, may have passengers at any time subject to passenger age limits.
- Clubhouse (Phase III)
Once constructed, members will enjoy the Clubhouse for socializing, networking, relaxing or dining. You will also enjoy full access to locker rooms to change clothes, shower and prepare for your next activity.
- Transferability of Membership
As a Partner Member you will be able to transfer your Partner Membership (subject to club approval) through Genoa Motorsports Country Club and may receive 100% of the proceeds from the transfer. This Membership also has "survivor" benefits.
- Track Certification / Professional Race Driver Coaching
As a Partner Member, you will receive free coaching from our professional race driver or professional rider, as well as your driver's track certification.
- Additional Benefits
You may store your transport, RV and/or trailer at the Club at no cost.
Free pro-racing tickets to other race venues as made available to GMCC.
Reciprocal Club benefits with participating Club venues.
Preferred Members:
Price: Pre-Construction $35,000 (Post-Construction $50,000). A $1,000 deposit holds your Membership. The refundable deposit is held in escrow at Wells Fargo until 60 days prior to opening (we anticipate opening 60 days after the last lift of asphalt is laid).
Preferred Members benefits include:
- Track Time
Preferred Members will have unlimited track time on all days in which Genoa Motorsports Country Club is open to its members with no daily track fees.
- Family Members
The Preferred Membership is a lifetime membership which includes track access for all immediate family members (spouse and dependent children). There is no charge for guests to enter our facilities, although a guest must have a track access pass to access the track.
- Other Facilities
Preferred Members will have access to a private, members-only, entrance to the Genoa Motorsports Country Club and will have access to a members-only paddock upon completion of Phase II. Subject to availability, Preferred Members will be able to lease private garages, RV pads and other improvements. In addition, Preferred Members, subject to availability, will have the opportunity to purchase such improvements for their exclusive use. Preferred Members will enjoy a preference if and when we develop condominium units on the Genoa Motorsports Country Club's grounds to purchase or lease such units.
- Guest Track Access Passes
Upon joining Genoa Motorsports Country Club, Preferred Members will receive twenty (20) daily guest driving passes and twenty (20) daily guest driving passes each year thereafter for no additional charge. Each pass allows a guest access to one full day at the Genoa Motorsports Country Club track. Additional guest driving passes will be available at a discounted rate. The Genoa Motorsports Country Club rules may limit the number of times per year that a particular guest may use a member's guest driving passes.
- Guest Track Access Privileges
All guests visiting with a guest driving pass will be allowed to drive during touring sessions. Touring sessions are controlled speed lapping. These sessions allow your guests to safely experience the track. Guests who have achieved a proficient driving status, as determined by the track manager, may hot lap. Members achieving a proficient driving status, as determined by the track manager, may have passengers at any time subject to passenger age limits.

Once constructed, members will enjoy the Clubhouse for socializing, networking, relaxing or dining. You will also enjoy full access to locker rooms to change clothes, shower and prepare for your next activity.
- Transferability of Membership
As a Preferred Member you will be able to transfer your Preferred Membership (subject to club approval) through Genoa Motorsports Country Club and, if the cost of our Preferred Membership to new members increases, you will receive all of the proceeds from the transfer of your Preferred Membership up to the cost of your Initiation Fee and retain 35% of the proceeds thereafter.
- Dues and Guest Driving Pass Fees Will Not Be Raised
There will be a cap on the amount of annual dues and fees charged for a minimum of two years and possibly up to five years.
- Track Certification / Professional Race Driver Coaching
As a Preferred Member, you will receive free driver's track certification and the opportunity to participate in professional race driver coaching offered by Genoa Motorsports Country Club.
